The Reeds
All of the panelized walls for this commercial, multi-story, construction project were built and sheathed on one of our compression tables, which helps to hold the walls square and also ensures that each stud is seated firmly in the track for proper weight bearing capacity.
The walls were then staged by crane onto the podium, and were set in the matter of a day. By the end of the following day they were securely braced and anchored to the deck, and ready for the next floor of prestressed concrete plank to be installed.
The same process was repeated on third floor, and we finished the project with some miscellaneous infill framing, in the balconies, the radius, and parapets.
